- 1 cup grated zucchini
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the grated zucchini, sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until well blended.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
