  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 8 ounces lasagna noodles, broken into pieces
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
  2. Add olive oil, onion, and garlic to the pot. Sauté until onions are soft.
  3. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  4. Add the broken lasagna noodles and cook until tender.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream, ricotta, and cooked turkey bacon. Mix well.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in mozzarella and Parmesan cheese until melted.
  7. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
