- 4 large russet potatoes
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and poke holes in the russet potatoes, then bake for 1 hour or until tender.
- Let the potatoes cool, then scoop out the insides into a bowl.
- Add sour cream, milk, cheese, turkey bacon, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the potatoes and mix until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture back into the potato skins and place them in a baking dish.
- Bake for an additional 20-25 minutes or until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
