  • 4 ounces turkey bacon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup aioli or mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Peel and dice the potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine potatoes with olive oil, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Spread the seasoned potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy, stirring halfway through.
  6. Meanwhile, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop into small pieces.
  7. Once the potatoes are done, remove them from the oven and mix in the chopped turkey bacon.
  8. Serve hot with aioli or mayonnaise on the side.

Notes

  • For extra crunch, you can broil the potatoes for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking.
