  • 2 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. In a pot, bring the water and salt to a boil.
  2. Slowly whisk in the polenta, stirring constantly until thickened.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in mozzarella, ricotta, and half of the Parmesan cheese.
  4. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet to form a crust and let it cool.
  5. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  6. Spread marinara sauce over the crust, then top with remaining cheeses and oregano.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
