- 1 pound turkey bacon
- 2 cups tortilla chips
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 cup salsa
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy.
- Add the onion and cook until soft.
- In a large bowl, combine turkey bacon, beans, corn, salsa, and taco seasoning.
- Layer tortilla chips on the bottom of a baking dish, then add the turkey mixture, and top with cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add jalapeños to the mixture.
