- 1 pound chicken breasts
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup milk
- Cook the turkey bacon in a large pot until crisp, then remove and crumble.
- In the same pot, add chicken breasts and cook until no longer pink.
- Stir in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
