SUMMER PEACH AND CREAMY BRIE GRILLED CHEESE

A delightful grilled cheese sandwich featuring summer peaches and creamy brie for a gourmet twist.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices sourdough bread
  • 1/2 cup ripe peaches, sliced
  • 1/4 cup creamy brie, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Place one slice in the skillet, butter-side down, and layer the brie and peaches on top.
  4. Drizzle honey over the peaches.
  5. Top with the second slice of bread, butter-side up.
  6. Cook until golden brown on one side, then flip and cook until the other side is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  7. Remove from the skillet, slice, and serve warm.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of salt or a few fresh basil leaves.
  • This sandwich pairs well with a side salad.
