  • 1 cup crushed freeze-dried strawberries
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the egg and vanilla extract; mix until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until combined.
  6. Fold in the crushed freeze-dried strawberries.
  7. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto a baking sheet, spaced apart.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are golden.
  9. Let cool before dusting with powdered sugar.
