Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Boil the baby potatoes in salted water until fork-tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  3. While the potatoes are boiling, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then crumble.
  4. Drain the potatoes and place them on a baking sheet.
  5. Smash each potato gently with a fork.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and salt.
  7. Top with crumbled turkey bacon.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until crispy and golden.
