Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil and add the grits. Cook according to package instructions.
  3. In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned. Set aside.
  4. In a bowl, combine the cooked grits, sausage, cheddar cheese, eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
