A delicious and healthy keto-friendly casserole featuring cauliflower and turkey bacon.

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 6 strips turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook chopped turkey bacon until crispy.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cauliflower florets, cooked bacon, cheddar cheese, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cauliflower is tender and the top is golden brown.

Notes

  • For a creamier texture, add more heavy cream.
  • You can substitute turkey bacon with regular bacon if preferred.
