Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 3 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 green onion, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Coat the salmon fillets with the mixture, then press the sesame seeds onto the top of each fillet.
  4. Place the fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
