- 2 pounds baby potatoes
- 6 slices turkey bacon
- 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

- Salt and pepper to taste
