Paula Deen's Bow-Tie Pasta Salad

A delicious and hearty salad featuring bow-tie pasta, turkey bacon, and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound bow-tie pasta
  • 6 ounces turkey bacon
  • 8 ounces chicken ham
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup diced cucumbers
  • 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the bow-tie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and crumble.
  3. In the same skillet, add the chicken ham and sauté for a few minutes.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, crumbled turkey bacon, chicken ham, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, and red onion.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper. Pour over the pasta salad and mix well.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add your favorite herbs or cheese.
