- 1 pound bow-tie pasta
- 6 ounces turkey bacon
- 8 ounces chicken ham
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup diced cucumbers
- 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cook the bow-tie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and crumble.
- In the same skillet, add the chicken ham and sauté for a few minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, crumbled turkey bacon, chicken ham, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, and red onion.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper. Pour over the pasta salad and mix well.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
