One-Pot Cheeseburger Macaroni

A delicious and easy one-pot meal featuring cheeseburger flavors and turkey bacon.

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, add ground turkey and cook until browned.
  3. Add beef broth, garlic powder, onion powder, and macaroni. Stir well.
  4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until macaroni is tender.
  5. Stir in cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
  6. Serve hot, topped with crispy turkey bacon.
