- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups carrots, sliced
- 2 cups celery, sliced
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
