  • 1 cup mango puree
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the mango puree, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger to create the teriyaki sauce.
  2. Preheat your grill or oven to medium heat.
  3. Brush the salmon fillets with the sauce and let marinate for 15 minutes.
