  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup lemon curd
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, blend the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. Grease a baking dish and pour in half of the cake mix as the bottom layer.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cake mix evenly.
  5. Add the lemon curd over the cream cheese layer.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining cake mix over the top.
  7. Drizzle the melted butter over the entire mixture.
  8. Pour the water evenly on top.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Let cool slightly before serving.
