  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cups diced apples
  • 1 cup salted caramel sauce
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream the butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla to the butter mixture, then gradually mix in the dry ingredients.
  5. Fold in diced apples and half of the salted caramel sauce.
  6. Spread the mixture into the prepared pan and swirl the remaining caramel on top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Allow to cool before slicing into bars.
