  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 3 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, sour cream, and oil.
  3. In another bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon.
  4. Pour half of the cake batter into a greased baking pan.
  5. Sprinkle half of the brown sugar mixture on top.
  6. Add the remaining cake batter and top with the rest of the brown sugar mixture.
  7. Swirl with a knife to create a marble effect.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let cool and prepare the glaze by whisking powdered sugar with milk.
  10. Drizzle the glaze over the cake before serving.
