HEARTY BONELESS BEEF CHUCK ROAST

A deliciously juicy boneless beef chuck roast that brings comfort to your dinner table.

  • 3 pounds boneless beef chuck roast
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. In a large oven-safe pot, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the roast with salt and pepper.
  3. Sear the roast on all sides until browned, about 5 minutes per side.
  4. Remove the roast and set aside. In the same pot, add garlic, carrots, and onion. Sauté for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Return the roast to the pot, add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Add rosemary sprigs on top.
  6. Cover and transfer to the oven. Cook for 3-4 hours until the meat is tender.
  7. Remove from oven and let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the roast overnight with herbs and spices.
  • Pair with mashed potatoes for a complete meal.
