Folded Omelet

A delicious and easy-to-make folded omelet with turkey bacon, perfect for a quick breakfast or brunch.

Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 strips turkey bacon
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove and chop.
  2. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  3. Whisk eggs with salt and pepper, then pour into the skillet.
  4. As the eggs set, sprinkle cheese and chopped bacon over one half.
  5. Fold the omelet in half and cook until cheese is melted.
  6. Serve warm.
