2 cups sushi rice
1 pound salmon fillet
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Sriracha
1 tablespoon green onions, sliced
1 sheet nori, cut into strips
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook the sushi rice according to package instructions.
While the rice is cooking, prepare the salmon by seasoning it with soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Bake for about 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
Flake the salmon and mix it with the cooked rice.
Spread the salmon and rice mixture into a baking dish.
In a bowl, combine mayonnaise and Sriracha; drizzle over the salmon mixture.
Bake for an additional 10 minutes, until heated through.
Garnish with sliced green onions and nori strips before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, you can add wasabi to the mayonnaise mixture.
