- 1/2 cup chipotle ranch dressing
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup lettuce, shredded
- In a large bowl, combine the grilled chicken and chipotle ranch dressing. Mix until well coated.
