DEVILED EGG MACARONI SALAD

This Deviled Egg Macaroni Salad is a deliciously creamy and comforting dish that features the classic flavors of deviled eggs, combined with macaroni and turkey bacon for a delightful twist.

  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup celery, diced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish

Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
  2. In a large pot, boil the eggs for about 10 minutes, then cool in ice water. Peel and chop them.
  3. In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, white vinegar, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Add the cooled macaroni, chopped eggs, turkey bacon, celery, green onions, and pickle relish to the mayo mixture and stir gently to combine.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
