Crockpot Pierogi Casserole With Kielbasa

Ingredients

  • 1 pound pierogi
  • 1 pound kielbasa, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup onions, chopped
  • 1 cup sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Layer half of the pierogi in the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Add half of the kielbasa, cheese, sour cream, onions, and sauerkraut.
  3. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  4. Sprinkle garlic powder and black pepper on top.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
  6. Serve warm.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add some diced peppers.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
