  • 4 fillets salmon
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 green onions chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix sesame oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  3. Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the sauce mixture over the salmon.
  5. Sprinkle sesame seeds evenly on top of each fillet.
  6. Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes or until cooked through.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
