Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Slice the zucchinis into 1/4-inch thick rounds.
  3. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  5. Dip each zucchini slice into the egg, then into the breadcrumb mixture.
  6. Place the coated zucchini on a baking sheet.
