Creamy Bacon and Mushroom Pasta

  • 8 ounces pasta
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and chop.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil and cook garlic and mushrooms until softened.
  4. Add heavy cream and parmesan cheese; stir to combine.
  5. Mix in the cooked pasta and turkey bacon. Season with salt and pepper.
