  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 cups egg noodles, cooked
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked.
  2. Add the chopped onions and minced garlic, cooking until onions are translucent.
  3. Stir in the sliced mushrooms and cook until softened.

  6. Reduce heat to low and mix in sour cream and Worcestershire sauce.
  7. Season with salt and pepper, cooking for an additional 5 minutes.
