  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 1 cup diced potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop into pieces.
  2. In the same pot, sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
  3. Add the chicken ham and cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  5. Add the potatoes, corn, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until the potatoes are tender.
  6. Reduce heat and stir in the heavy cream and bacon. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
