  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 6 strips turkey bacon
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups lasagna noodles
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and crumble it.
  2. In the same pot, brown the ground turkey until fully cooked.
  3. Add the diced tomatoes and Italian seasoning, stirring to combine.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, bringing the mixture to a simmer.
  5. Add the lasagna noodles and cook until al dente.
  6. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with crumbled turkey bacon.
