  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, egg, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, green onions, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Mix gently until just combined, being careful not to break up the crab meat too much.
  3. Form the mixture into patties about 1 inch thick.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels.
  7. Serve hot with your choice of dipping sauce.
