Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef, sliced thinly
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Marinate the beef in soy sauce and cornstarch for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry until cooked.
  4. Remove the beef and add broccoli to the same pan.
  5. Add garlic and ginger, stir-frying until broccoli is tender.
  6. Return the beef to the pan and drizzle with sesame oil.
  7. Stir well to combine and serve.
