  • 3 cups broccoli florets

  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Instructions

  1. Slice the beef thinly against the grain and marinate it with soy sauce and cornstarch.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add the marinated beef to the pan and cook until browned.
  4. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  5. Stir in the broccoli and beef broth, then cover to steam for about 3-4 minutes.
  6. Uncover, add oyster sauce, sesame oil, and sugar, and stir well to combine.
  7. Cook for an additional 2 minutes until everything is heated through.
