  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1/2 cup beef broth

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch to create a marinade.
  2. Slice the beef against the grain and marinate for 15 minutes.
  3. In a large pan, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ginger, sautéing for 30 seconds.
  4. Add the marinated beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Add broccoli and beef broth, cooking until broccoli is tender.
