Chicken-And-Biscuit Casserole

A delicious and easy chicken-and-biscuit casserole that the whole family will enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and mixed vegetables until combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  4. Break the biscuit dough into pieces and place on top of the chicken mixture.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and the filling is bubbly.

Notes

  • This casserole can be prepared ahead of time and baked right before serving.
  • Feel free to substitute the frozen vegetables with any of your favorite veggies.
