Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine sliced plums, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place chicken breasts on a baking sheet and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Arrange the plums around the chicken on the baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
