  • 1 can black beans, drained
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 jalapeño, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and jalapeño, cook until soft.
  3. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Stir in chicken, black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, and taco seasoning.
