  • 2 flatbreads
  • 1 pound chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 1 medium zucchini, sliced
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the zucchini slices, cooking until tender.
  3. On each flatbread, layer the shredded chicken, sautéed zucchini, and mozzarella cheese.
  4. Sprinkle garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt over the top.
  5. Place the flatbreads in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from oven, cut into slices, and serve warm.
