Chicken Alfredo Garlic Bread Bowls

  • 4 cups cooked fettuccine pasta
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 large bread bowls
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a sauté pan, melt the butter over medium heat and add the minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer, then add the Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
  4. Add the cooked chicken and fettuccine to the sauce, mixing well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Cut the tops off the bread bowls and hollow out the insides.
  6. Spoon the chicken Alfredo mixture into each bread bowl.
  7. Place the filled bread bowls on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until the bread is golden and crispy.
