1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
1 egg
1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, mix together the mashed potatoes, cheddar cheese, sour cream, green onions, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
