  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 1 cup diced onions
  • 1 cup chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. Marinate the steak with olive oil, garlic, lime juice, cumin, coriander, and salt for at least 1 hour.
  2. Grill the steak over high heat for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your desired doneness.
  3. Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it thinly against the grain.
