  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 8 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and chop.
  3. In the same skillet, brown the ground turkey until cooked through.
  4. Add the rice, chopped cabbage, diced tomatoes, and seasonings to the skillet.
  5. Stir in the chicken broth and Worcestershire sauce, then bring to a simmer.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish, top with the chopped turkey bacon, and cover with foil.
  7. Bake for about 45 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
