  • 1 can crescent roll dough
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice until smooth.
  3. Roll out the crescent dough and separate into triangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture and a few blueberries on each triangle.
  5. Roll the triangles starting from the wide end.
  6. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Brush the tops with beaten egg.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Allow to cool before serving.
