  • 8 ounces turkey bacon, chopped
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, whisk together the milk and flour over medium heat until thickened.
  4. Add the garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper to the sauce.
  5. In a casserole dish, layer the biscuit dough, turkey bacon, and pour the gravy mixture over the top.
  6. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 25-30 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown and cheese is melted.
