  • 5 dried guajillo chiles
  • 3 dried ancho chiles
  • 2 medium onions
  • 4 garlic cloves

  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 6 cups beef broth

Instructions

  1. Toast the dried chiles in a skillet until fragrant.
