Baked Ham and Cheese Croissants

Baked ham and cheese croissants are a delicious way to enjoy a savory breakfast or snack, combining the flavors of turkey bacon and chicken ham in flaky pastry.

Ingredients

  • 4 large croissants
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 4 slices chicken ham
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the croissants in half and spread the Dijon mustard and honey mixture on the inside.
  3. Layer the turkey bacon, chicken ham, and Swiss cheese on the bottom half of the croissant.
  4. Top with the other half of the croissant.
  5. Brush the outer sides of the croissants with olive oil.
  6. Place the croissants on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the croissants are golden brown.
