- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, whisk the eggs.
- Dip each chicken breast in egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Remove from oven and top each piece with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
